Dr. Jared S. DiLorenzo received his bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University while playing Division I soccer. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2007 where he graduated magna cum laude. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and Connecticut Chiropractic Association.
Dr. DiLorenzo has post graduate education in functional soft tissue therapy and nutrition, which effectively reduces recovery time and enhances athletic performance. He is a certified provider of Cox flexion-distraction and Active Release Technique (ART). ART is one of the most effective forms of treatment for repetitive-motion injuries and has allowed injured athletes to return quickly to their training protocols and it has been used with great success on professional athletes, Olympians, youth athletes and anyone with an altered movement pattern condition.
Professional Acheivements and Recognition
Dr. DiLorenzo has worked with a variety of patients such as athletes on the high school and professional level, post operative patients, and pregnant woman and children. He has lectured on topics including stress management, low back safety and injury prevention, nutrition, and putting an end to chronic headaches.
He lives locally with his wife Jennifer and enjoys exercising, playing soccer, and spending time with his triplets Jared, Ariella, and Gemma.
